Delores is the CEO & Founder of My Mind Matters Therapeutic Hub. With over 25 years of experience, she has engaged with over 2000 individuals dealing with various mental health issues. Delores specialises in providing a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and behaviours, with the goal of positive change.
